Mr.Narwade, learned counsel submits that this Court had directed the Respondents vide order dated 3l.3.2015, to take decision in the matter and if it transpires that petitioner is not entitled for Gat No.14 then the grievance of the petitioner in respect of allotment of land shall be considered as per the policy. The same was directed to be done within eight (8) weeks, however, as yet no decision has been taken.

Mr.Dighe, learned A.G.P submits that land Gat No.14 can not be allotted to the petitioner. The said land is found to be

Devasthan Inam land. It was allotted to one Mr.Shelke. The same was cancelled. Mr.Shelke, has challenged the said cancellation by filing a separate proceeding. Decision about allotment of other land would be taken as per the Policy and Rules within four (4) months. 4.

Considering the circumstances that have arisen after the order is passed, we accept the affidavit filed by the Respondents. The Respondents shall take decision within four (4) months regarding allotment of any other land as per its Policy and Rules as stated in the affidavit. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
