Learned Counsel appearing for both sides submit that the civil suit is now pending and further submit that if this Court directs the Trial Court to decide the Regular Civil Suit No.940/2021 within a stipulated period, the purpose of the present would be served. 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court to decide the suit on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) months from today. 4.
