PER COURT :- 1.
The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to file affidavit of the applicant on record. Affidavit of the applicant is taken on record. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0139/2024, dated 01/07/2024, registered at Beed City Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act.

This Court, by order dated 03/12/2024, granted interim protection to the applicant. It is now noted that an amount of Rs.15,85,000/- was transferred from Canara Bank to the applicant's account. The applicant subsequently re-deposited Rs.3,00,000/- on 02/12/2024 and Rs.12,85,000/- on 14/12/2024. This fact has been verified by the learned APP.

Considering the above, the interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 03/12/2024 stands confirmed. 6.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms : - i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No.0139/2024, dated 01/07/2024, registered at Beed City Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act, he/they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 7.
In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 2 of
934 ABA 1747-2024 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 9.
The application stands disposed of.
