By these Petitions, the Petitioners seek to challenge the order of the Tahsildar dated 17.05.2022.

An efficacious statutory remedy is available under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The Petitioners have also challenged mutation entries before the appellate authority. 3.

When a statutory remedy is available and a path of litigation is prescribed under the statute, we do not find that we should exercise our Writ jurisdiction. These Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed off.
