The deceased died at her matrimonial home. The home was shared by herself, husband and minor child. The cause of death is said to be by strangulation.

In view of the same, the Court is not inclined to grant the application. The trial Court is requested to frame the charge within a period of two months and conclude the trial within next six months. The trial Court is further requested to examine the material witnesses first. Liberty to apply if trial could not be concluded within the time frame. Bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
