The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 43 days and further prays that the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/08/2017, refusing registration of the Second Appeal for non removal of office objections, be recalled.

Learned AGP on behalf of respondent No.1 has strongly opposed this application.

Since the order of the learned Registrar is passed before registration of the second appeal, this civil application is allowed and the delay of 43 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be khs/DEC. 2017/13794

deposited with Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. All office objections in the second appeal shall be removed within 4 (four) weeks and pursuant to the compliance of both these directions, the same shall be registered and the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/08/2017 shall stand set aside. 4.
