Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.0217 of 2024 registered with Parner Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 20-K and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he was found carrying ganja with him on a motor bike. 4 kgs. Ganja was recovered from him. The necessary legal procedure has been done. There is old crime registered against him for the same offence. The material investigation appears to have been completed. Considering his age, bail may be granted to him on

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Sagar Nana Borkar be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He should not indulge in identical crime. If commits the the identical crime, this bail would be deemed to be cancelled.

(c) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date.
