Let Respondent No.3 consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 13.01.2023 on its own merits within a period of 60 days. A decision on or a response to the representation would be communicated in writing to the Petitioner within 15 days from the date of decision. Thereafter, the Petitioner would be at liberty to assail the reasons cited, if an adverse view is taken. 4.

The Petitioner shall deposit deficit Court fees of Rs.750/- within 2 weeks.
