The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed against the appointment of the respondent No. 5 as Anganwadi Sevika is not yet decided by the Appellate Authorities. 2.

Mr. Tandale, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that, the appeal, if pending would be decided on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.
