Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

These applications are filed by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the office of this Court. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in another matter arising out of the same acquisition proceeding, this Court has allowed the applicants to withdraw amount by order dated 1st October 2025 in CA/12207/2024.

The learned AGP accepts this position.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

The applications are partly allowed.

6.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this Court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

Further 25% of the amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

8.

Remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized

( 3 ) bank.

With this, civil applications stand disposed off. CA/12188/2024 and 12218/2024 10.

Since the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in the office of this Court as per impugned judgment and award, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the first appeal.
