The petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending. It has been informed across the Bar that, the proceedings of the said caste claim are 'Closed for Orders' in the month of May-2025. 3.

Considering the same, we direct the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee, to pass the final order within one month from today.

It is the contention of the petitioner that, he has received communication dated 24.09.2025, by which due to the non-submission of Caste Validity by him, his services are at stake. 5.

Considering the same, we direct that, till the Caste Claim of the

2 946.WP-12773-2025.doc petitioner is decided, the Employer of the petitioner, shall not take any coercive action against him.

We make it clear that the above protection will operate only till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided. 7.
