The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-78 of 2015 registered with Khultabad Police Station, Tq. Khultabad, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.
The investigation in the matter is already complete and the charge-sheet is also filed. The cause of the death is narrated to be cerebral oedema.

Perusal of investigation papers reflects that the applicant herein has assaulted one Shamiyal Yosef Wadgale, as a consequence of which the deceased sustained injuries resulting into his death. 4.
Prima facie it can be noticed that it was not the intention of the applicant to cause murder of deceased - Shamiyal. 5.
The further detention of the applicant, in my opinion, is not necessary. As such, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order release of the applicant on bail. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
The applicant Pravin s/o Ganesh Charbhare be released on bail in Crime No. I-78 of 2015 registered with Khultabad Police Station, Tq. Khultabad, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
