1) The acquiring body wants to file appeal against the judgment and award of the Reference Court. Delay of around 1714 days is caused in filing the appeal. Both the sides are heard.

2) It is submitted that the acquiring body has to follow its own procedure. After getting decision much time was spent in the process like taking opinion and also for getting funds sanctioned for court fees etc. Affidavit in that regard is also filed. In view of the contentions of the application and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Notice in first appeal. Learned counsel Shri. D.R. Jaybhar waives notice for original claimants. Stand over to 22nd February 2016.
