By filing this civil application, the applicants have claimed relief of bringing L.Rs. of deceased Yusuf Ibrahim Mulani. According to the applicants, Yusuf Ibrahim Mulani died on 27.08.2016 leaving behind him his L.Rs. as shown in this civil application. A copy of death certificate of Yusuf Ibrahim is filed on record indicates that Yusuf Ibrahim Mulani died on 27.08.2016. The application is supported by the affidavit. The present civil application is filed on 17.10.2016. The application is within time. There is no contest to this civil application. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

The civil application filed for bringing L.Rs. of deceased Yusuf Ibrahim Mulani is hereby allowed.

The L.Rs. of deceased Yusuf Ibrahim Mulani be brought on record by making necessary amendment in the cause title. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of.
