The learned advocates representing the individual litigants/society, submit that an identical cause has been looked into by this court, in writ petition No. 12008 of 2022 and by order dated 23.12.2022, the said petition was dismissed. He submits that the conclusion drawn in the said order would equally apply to this case. The petitioner has also tendered a request to respondent No.1 that he may be granted a time of one year to repay the entire amount. Shri Bagadia, the learned advocate representing the respondent credit society submits that he has no authority to extend any assurance to the petitioner.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the order dated 23.12.2022, in the case of Vilas Yadavrao Pawar vs.

wp11252.22 -2The State of Maharashtra and others (writ petition No. 12008 of 2022), this petition stands dismissed. Ad-interim order, passed earlier, stands vacated.

Since Shri Dalal, the learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner through the Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, his professional fees be paid as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
