Learned AGP tenders across photo copy of the decision of the government dated 9th December 2020. In view of the same, prayer clause "(C)" in the petition seeking conclusion of the departmental enquiry does not survive.

So far as prayer clause "(B)" is concerned, the retiral and other dues of the petitioner which are due and payable, would be paid to the petitioner keeping in view the decision taken, in right earnest, preferably within three months.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
