The petitioner is seeking regularization in the light of several decisions of this Court starting from Madhukar s/o Bhavanrao Sadgir and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, [Writ Petition No.5867 of 2015 with connected matters decided on 31.10.2018]. 2.
Though it appears that there are several prayers, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation made by the petitioners to respondent No.2 on 11.07.2024 is not yet decided and if it is decided, the purpose of the petition would be served. [1]

Learned AGP submits that in view of the order passed in Shubhangi Laxman Bele Vs. State of Maharashtra Through its Secretary and others, [Writ Petition No.1100 of 2025 decided on 23.01.2025], it can be also directed that the representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of eight weeks, however, the copy of the representation that has been produced does not bear the acknowledgment of the office of respondent No.2.

In such situation, we direct that the petitioners should once again file representation or give the copy of the representation dated 11.07.2024, on which the acknowledgment was received, to the office of respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from today and after receipt of such representation, respondent No.2 to decide the same on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of such representation or the copy thereof. 5.
