PER COURT:- 1.

The application made by the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is rejected in the year 2013. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, in view of the provisions of the Government Resolution dated 21.09.2017, the respondents ought to have considered the claim of the petitioner. They ought to have considered the claim of the petitioner sympathetically. The petitioner became major only in the year 2011 and immediately filed application for appointment on compassionate ground.

The purpose of giving appointment on compassionate ground is

The same is rejected on 20.02.2013. The petition is filed in the year 2019. The very purpose of giving appointment on compassionate ground would not survive after long slumber of 17 years.
