Delay ranging from 142 to 201 days has occurred in filing these appeals by the Acquiring Body. Though, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents - original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufÏcient, after having perused of the contents of the application, I am satisfied that the delay has been sufÏciently

ORDER

I) Civil Applications for Condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of.

II) Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. III) Appeals be registered in accordance with law. IV) After registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri A.B.Kale, learned Counsel waives service of notice for the respondents - original claimants. Shri P.M.Kulkarni, learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent State. Service complete. V) List the matters for further consideration on 01.02.2019.
