Present application has been filed by the original petitioners for getting the delay of 12 days condoned. The applicants intend to challenge the rejection of their petition before the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation Act and Judge Labour Court, Nanded. 2.

Though the learned Advocate for the respondent is strongly objecting the application, taking into consideration the duration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. 3.
