The petitioners shall file on-line applications. The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificates issued to them in incorrect form to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer after verifying its record of issuance of the tribe certificates shall issue the tribe certificates in correct form to the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of production of original tribe certificates in incorrect form 2.
