These are the applications for withdrawal of the amount of compensation in deposit. The amount under the impugned award was not more than Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh), although it has crossed the said figure on account of interest accrued thereon while

(( 2 )) 19(a)-CA-12986-2021 kept in deposit with the nationalised bank. The appeals were dismissed for want of deposit of Court fees.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit (Principal plus interest accrued thereon), as against undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
