It is being pointed out that the order of the Scrutiny Committee refusing to validate petitioner's 'Mannervalu' scheduled tribe certificate was quashed and set aside and she was directed to be issued the certificate of validity, though it was made conditional. 3.

It is being pointed out that simultaneously the petitioner was also challenging the order of the respondent / Government Medical College dated 07 June 2024, whereby her admission was cancelled for invalidation of the caste certificate and she was called upon to pay penalty for Rs. 10 Lakh. However, nothing has been reflected in the order.

Indeed the learned AGP was representing the respondent / Government Medical College. Since the admission was cancelled because of invalidation of the tribe certificate as a matter of legal

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // consequence of allowing the petition partly, she was even entitled to the relief of quashment of the order dated 07 June 2024 passed by the Dean of the Government Medical College. However, that has not been reflected in the operative part of the judgment and order. 5.

The learned AGP also fairly concedes the fact. 6.

In the light of the above, following be added as paragraph no. 10 A.

"The order of the respondent / Dean of the Government Medical College dated 07 June 2024 is also quashed and set aside." 7.

Nothing more is pointed out. Motion is disposed of. Fresh order be uploaded.
