By the order passed by this Court of which execution is being claimed, the respondents were directed to absorb the petitioners and to pay the arrears for the period they have actually worked. As far as absorbtion is concerned, admittedly they have been absorbed. 2.

A statement was made on the last date on behalf of the respondents about arrears having been paid, learned advocate for the petitioners had sought time to verify the fact. He, on instructions, admits about the petitioners having been paid the arrears. 3.
