This petition can be disposed of in view of sub-paragraph No.3 of Paragraph No.10 of the Government Resolution dated 27-02-2017. Under the policy framed by the State as referred to above a Teacher whose name appears in the list of employees liable to be transferred, such teacher can tender an application to the Education Officer within period of Seven (7) days from the date of publication of such list, and the Education Officer is bound to take decision on such application within seven (7) days form the receipt of the application. 2.

In the instant matter, it is informed by petitioner that the

2 WP 13137-2017 petitioner has already tendered an application on 25-09-2017 with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani. The Chief Executive Officer is expected to abide by the mandate contained in the Government Resolution referred to above. With liberty to the petitioner to approach Chief Executive Officer with a request to take decision on the application tendered by her as expeditiously as possible, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

If petitioner approaches to the Chief Executive Officer within a period of seven (7) days from today, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani shall take appropriate decision on the application tendered by the petitioner within period of seven (7) days from the date of the approach of the petitioner.
