CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:
23/06/2015 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that due to non payment of paper book charges in the lower Court the paper book has not been prepared and sent to this Court along with record and proceedings. It is seen from the record that about four chances have been given to the appellant for depositing the paper book charges till this date. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. Thus, it appears that appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objections. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.
The appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute and or for not depositing the paper book charges.
