Petitioner contends that in the ongoing process of election the Returning Officer has manipulated the record and has shown respondent no. 6 as a candidate belonging to open category although she filled in the nomination form as a candidate belonging to women reserved category. It is informed that the process of election is continued and the votes are to be recorded on 1st November, 2015. No interference is called for in the ongoing process of election. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law after completion of the process of election. With liberty as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
