The request application dated 08.09.2023 filed by the Petitioner is pending with the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad. We, therefore, direct the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad to consider the said application strictly as per the policies and the law applicable, keeping in view the existing vacancies. Feasibility of the request of the Petitioner would also be considered. This exercise may be completed within 30 days from today.
