Mr. Natu learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant was found covid positive twice in May-2020 and in last week of April-2021, as such effective steps could not be taken for appearance. It is further submitted that the applicant has submitted unconditional apology and also filed undertaking not to repeat the mistake again. It is submitted that the applicant has also filed reply to the main petition. 2.
