The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to issue Tribe Certificate of Koli Mahadev Schedule tribe in proper format i.e. Form-C, as prescribed under Maharashtra Schedule Tribe (Issuance of Certificate and Verification of) Rules 2003 framed under Maharashtra Act No.23 of 2001, as early as possible."

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would tender his original 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe Certificate to respondent No.2, on 08/12/2022. 3.

The learned A.G.P. has appeared on behalf of both the respondents and submits that, if the certificate is tendered on 08/12/2022, respondent No.2 would issue a fresh certificate in Form 'C', as prescribed under the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Certificate Rules, 2003, on 15/12/2022.

Considering the above statements, this petition is disposed off.

The petitioner would collect the Form 'C' certificate on 15/12/2022, by reaching the office of respondent No.2, around 03.00 p.m.
