Urdu High School, Bhusawal, District Jalgaon, stating that there are only three sanctioned posts as per Government Resolution dated

16/2/2023 and, therefore, in view of the staffing pattern, the name of the petitioner cannot be included in the Shalarth Pranali. The said communication is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

On going through the order dated 29/6/2024, the petitioner's proposal has been considered as is reflected from the said communication. In view of the above, nothing remains for consideration in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
