At the time of hearing of the matter, learned advocate Mr. Patil for the respondent nos.4 and 5 submits that the present auction based on the advertisement dated 28.8.2023 in respect of Khandesh Bhakta Nivas situated at Survey no.3583, 3583/1 and 3583/2 at Pandharpur, Tq. Pandharpur, District Solapur, has failed. Therefore, fresh proposal would be then sent and after taking permission, further auction would be conducted on the basis of the fresh advertisement. 2.

On the basis of this information the petition has become now infructuous. It stands disposed off.
