On 26/03/2019, this Court (Coram : S.P.Deshmukh and R.G.Avachat, JJ) had passed the following order :- "

Matter was adjourned by way of last chance on 28.02.2019 to 12.03.2019. On 12.03.2019, the matter was mentioned on behalf of the petitioners and has been adjourned to 19.03.2019. On 19.03.2019 once again, there has been request of adjournment on behalf of the petitioners and accordingly, the same has appeared on board today.

2. When the matter is called out today, none appears for the petitioners. However, in order to let one more opportunity, the matter is adjourned to 03.04.2019 for dismissal."

On 15/01/2020 (Coram : S.P.Deshmukh and B.U.Debadwar, JJ) had khs/Aug. 2021/3018

- 2 - passed the following order :- "1. While the matter had been called out on 26-03-2019, no appearance had been caused on behalf of petitioners. Today as well, when the matter is called out, no appearance has been caused on behalf of petitioners. In the circumstances, stand over to 22.01.2020 for dismissal." 3.

On 11/02/2020, the learned Advocate for the petitioners had stated before this Court that his real brother has been issued with validity certificate.

On 09/08/2021, none appeared for the petitioners. Even today, none appears for the petitioners. This matter is shown for "passing orders" on dismissal on the daily cause list dated 12/08/2021. 5.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
