Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that necessary steps would be taken within a period of four weeks regarding the dead respondent/s in respective application/s and correction in the name of the respondent No. 4 in Civil Application No. 12026/2014 in First Appeal St. No. 31471/2014 would be made. 3.

All these applications are for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned awards. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the responsible officer of the applicant-acquiring body is now present in the Court and definitely, within a period of four weeks, the earlier order directing to deposit the amount would be complied with.

In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the impugned award, in each of these applications, is hereby granted on the condition that the applicant deposits in this Court, the entire amount under the impugned awards together with upto-date interest, in each of these applications, within a period of four weeks finally.

.

In case the amount, as directed above, is not deposited in each of the proceedings, all the present civil applications shall stand dismissed and the stay to the execution of the impugned awards, now granted, shall stand vacated.

All the present civil applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.

6.

All the connected civil applications for condonation of delay be placed for hearing on 25th March, 2015.
