Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not take custody of the child outside the jurisdiction of Aurangabad and that, at least on one particular day, i.e., Diwali, which also happens to be the child's birthday on 1st November, she be granted custody for one day, considering that she is the mother of the child. 3.

Perused the impugned order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, rejecting the applicant's request for custody of the child, wherein it is specifically observed that the applicant is not residing at the given address.

However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move an application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, for custody of the child for one day, on the condition that she would not take the child outside the jurisdiction of Aurangabad and would return the child. 5.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, may pass appropriate orders if such an application is filed for custody of the child for one day. 6.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
