The Petitioner prays that, her proposal dated 01/11/2021, seeking approval to her appointment as a 'Shikshan Sevak', be decided by Respondent No.2.

The learned A.G.P. points out that, the Advertisement, pursuant to which, the Petitioner is selected, was published in an unknown newspaper, namely, 'nSfud vkiya ifCydjkt', dated 18/10/2021. If this publication is not in the Government approved list of the newspapers, the proposal of the Petitioner would not be considered favourably.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
