Heard rival submissions.

All these applicants/original accused, who are already released on bail vide order dated 9th December 2021, are seeking modification of clause (d) of the operative part of the

(2) 909 Appln-3636.2023 & ors.odt aforesaid order whereby they are asked to attend the trial Court once in a two months i.e. on first working day of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during the pendency of these appeals.

The learned Counsel Mr. Deve for respondent No.1 Union of India as well as learned A.P.P. strongly opposed for such relaxation specially in view of the serious nature of offence. 4.

However, it appears that the applicants have scrupulously followed the aforesaid clause of operative part uptill now without making any default. However, considering their residence at distant places, the aforesaid clause can be modified to certain extent. In view of the same, the aforesaid clause (d) in respect of all these applicants stands modified as follows :

"(d) The applicants shall attend the trial Court once in a six months i.e. on first working day of the month in between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during the pendency of all these appeals".
