1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application, There is a meager delay of 17 days. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, I find it justifiable to condone the delay. The reasons mentioned in the application made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay and allowing the appellant to approach the appellate forum. Hence, delay is condoned. The application for condonation of delay stands allowed and disposed of.
