Present application have been filed for condoning the delay of 300 days in filing application and for getting the order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 12.12.2017 set aside. 2.

Since in the main petition itself notices were not issued to the respondents when the matter was disposed of, it is not necessary to issue notice of this application.

It appears that though the first appeals were filed, after examining, office objections were raised and the applicants/appellants did not remove those office objections and as a result of which the impugned

1037-ca-4531-19.doc order was passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration. Now the applicant is ready to remove the office objections. Under such circumstance, for the reasons stated in the applications, delay stands condoned. Civil Application stands allowed. 4.

The order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 12.12.2017 is set aside.

Applicants to remove all office objections on or before 04.10.2019 and if the office objections are removed then the appeals may be registered.
