The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, pursuant to the filing of this petition, certain steps have been initiated by the appropriate authorities and orders have been passed by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition. The Petitioner desires to challenge the subsequent orders by filing a fresh writ petition and take up all grounds.
