The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to his appointment as a Peon is pending with the Education Officer (Higher Secondary). The same is not yet decided.

If in case the proposal is received by the Education Officer (Higher Secondary) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon (Exhibit-'C') and the same is pending, then the Education Officer (Higher Secondary) shall decide it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, and preferably within a period of four months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
