Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the charges in the criminal case and in the departmental inquiry are same and therefore, this petition deserves to be entertained.

2 11-wp11506.odt 3] On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance to the show cause notice dated 16th July, 2015, the petitioner has participated in the inquiry. The inquiry is complete and the report of the inquiry is also submitted to the Management. A copy of the inquiry report is also given to the petitioner.

4] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition stands rejected.
