Present petition has been filed challenging the mid term transfer of the petitioner. This Court by order dated 29.09.2023 had stayed effect of the transfer order until further orders and the said stay is in operation till today.

We had heard the matter for some time on the last date and the matter was adjourned for taking instructions by learned Advocate for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
