The learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition by making a statement that the petitioner has cleared all the dues of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is present and admits the facts.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court vide order dated 15 December 2021 shall be refunded to him along with accrued interest if any.
