For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) ABA No.1463 of 2021 is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 6th December 2021 is confirmed. (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.651/2021 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 28.12.2021, 29.12.2021 and 30.12.2021 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.
