This is the Application for condonation of 1571 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 11.03.2015 passed by the learned Reference Court in LAR No.247/2001. 2.

Pursuant to notice issued on the Application, the learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 3.

Heard both the sides.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application for not preferring the Appeal within the prescribed period and the Application be allowed. 5.

The Application is opposed by the learned AGP for Respondents No.1 and 3.

Perused the Application. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B', subject to condition that the Applicant shall not be entitled for the statutory benefits and the interest for the said delayed period.
