Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

The petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to post the petitioner within the radius of 30 k.m. from the working place of his wife.

The learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the representation given by the petitioner is not traceable. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner would given a fresh representation.
