Learned counsel submits that the proposal for correction of the staff approval has been forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education to the Director of Education on 9th November, 2017 and no further steps pursuant thereto has been taken by the respondents. It is further submitted that it is for the State Government to correct the staff approval.

In case, the proposal ( page 19) is still pending with the Director of Education then the Director of Education shall process the same and forward it to the State Government preferably within three months. 3.

The State Government, on receipt of the proposal, shall take decision within four months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
