Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent Committee has not decided the validation proceedings inspite of the order of this Court dated 17.06.2015 in Writ Petition No.5974/2015 directing the Committee to decide the proceedings within one year. The employer has issued notice to the petitioner to produce validity or else adverse action would be taken.

Mr Kagne, the learned AGP, submits on instructions that the petitioner is called for hearing on 16th October, 2019. The petitioner shall attend the hearing on the said date.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously preferably within three months.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondent employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner. The employer can take further course of action depending upon the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

5. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
