The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Government has stayed the implementation of the Government Resolution dated 06.10.2018.

In light of that, the apprehension of the petitioner at present would not subsist.

The petitioner is at liberty to assail the Government Resolution dated 06.10.2018 afresh if the occasion so arises and/or if

2 55WP11558.2018 the State Government decides to withdraw the orders staying the Government Resolution or implementing the impugned Government Resolution.

In view of that, the Planning Committee constituted under Statute would operate. If at all, the stay is vacated or withdrawn by the State Government, then the Committee constituted by them shall not take charge without notice to the existing Committee. 5.

In light of the above, Mr. Ashwin V. Hon, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take up the proceedings if the occasion so arises. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
